Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative part-time UI/UX professional to collaborate with our dynamic team on impactful design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and create designs that meet their needs.
  • Develop and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and product goals.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that exceed expectations.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance wherever possible.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices, especially those utilizing AI to improve products.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer or related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and an understanding of design processes.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English as we are a remote international team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience using AI apps/tools to create or communicate ideas, wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
