Financial Transaction Manager

As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for managing our company's cash flow by overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. This position involves maintaining healthy relationships with clients and vendors, providing timely payments, and generating accurate financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues with vendors and clients
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities
- Provide regular financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
