About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with high-caliber candidates, utilizing your expertise to source and select the best talent for our clients' needs.

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify top talent, leveraging your network and resources to find the best candidates.
  2. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit, to ensure the best match for each role.
  3. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles, providing expert advice and guidance to facilitate efficient recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and recruiting software & tools, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
