We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This is a high-impact role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid ads, email marketing, and Shopify site management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive measurable growth. This will involve managing paid advertising campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign data to improve ROI.

We are looking for a self-starter who is confident in their ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a DTC or eCommerce environment.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Google Ads, including Performance Max (PMAX), Shopping, and Search Campaigns.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo.

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, GTM, Semrush, and Google Search Console.

  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and analyze campaign data to improve ROI.

  • Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for marketing tasks and content creation.
