About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems within our construction projects.

This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and project management expertise to ensure that all MEPF systems meet both functional and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all MEPF works on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review and approve MEPF design documents and ensure proper coordination with other disciplines (structural, architectural, etc.).
  • Lead the planning, execution, and inspection of MEPF installations.
