The Associate Solutions Consultant role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong technical skills to join our organization as part of a dynamic team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to work on the internal implementation of our Revenue Cycle Technology Suite. This includes Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow. The successful candidate will have an understanding of software implementations and be able to support the project team during all phases including planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring of our AnalytX Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal assessment meetings with the Accounts Receivable Services department to develop design documentation in Visio that uses best practice recommendations of our AnalytX Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation
  • Responsible for translating Visio documentation to pseudocode (IF this THEN that…) intended for the Development and QA Teams
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results
  • Ability to work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to the project team
  • Support clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with the Development and QA Teams to ensure all rules and actions are programmed to match processes outlined during design
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams
  • Ability to understand complex software applications
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
