Job Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing private company financials, evaluating company data, and managing CRM systems. This challenging position requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to make outbound phone calls and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze private company financials from Excel files and CIMs.
  • Evaluate company data to determine alignment with investment criteria.
  • Manage and update CRM systems (HubSpot and Insightly).
  • Conduct outreach to business owners via email and phone.
  • Support investor and partner communication by organizing data and follow-ups.
  • Assist with various administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent English fluency.
  • Financial analysis experience.
  • Proficiency with Excel and CRM tools.
  • Ability to make outbound phone calls.
  • Highly organized and reliable.
