We are seeking a talented Technical Solutions Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure technical aspects are addressed throughout the sales process.

You will be responsible for designing and proposing customized technical solutions that meet client-specific requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

This includes installing, configuring, and integrating new systems and software within clients' IT environments, as well as identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving implementation issues in a timely and effective manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to understand prospects/customers business objectives and priorities.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in designing and architecting IT solutions.
  • Ability to work with multiple technology companies.
  • Cloud experience with one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Windows administration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with filesharing solutions.
