Financial Operations Specialist

This role is a hands-on finance and administration position designed for an experienced accounting professional who can manage the full spectrum of bookkeeping and financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, ensuring accurate financial data is captured and reported.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and rectify errors.
- Follow up with suppliers for outstanding accounts and ensure timely payment.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years' bookkeeping experience.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
