Job Title: User Experience Coordinator

Description

We offer on-demand user experience services to businesses of varying sizes. We are currently looking for a coordinator who can assist us with coordinating tasks internally and with clients.

The ideal candidate will communicate tasks internally and with clients, convert project conversations into relevant tasks, and keep clients updated with tasks, progress, and blockers.

Additional responsibilities include communicating task schedules and budgets to assignees, creating and assigning ClickUp tasks to team members, reviewing design requirements, and coordinating internal and client Figma files.

Delivering designs to clients is also an essential part of this role, which may involve using Loom or scheduling calls.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • A general understanding of UI/UX design and software development processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Figma, including managing files, pages, layers, and accounts
  • The ability to improve existing processes and use ClickUp proficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Skills

  • Expertise in ClickUp and Figma
  • Experience managing or coordinating UI UX projects
