Job Title: Talent Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Assessment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on all things candidate screening, partnering with your colleagues and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of effective candidate screening methods.

Your contribution will be essential in ensuring the selection of qualified candidates for various positions. You will leverage your skills in active sourcing, reviewing skills qualifications, and phone screening to help us find the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage active sourcing techniques to identify top talent
  • Review skills qualifications and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective candidate screening strategies
  • Deliver market insights and analysis to key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven years of experience working in Talent Pooling, End-to-End recruitment
  • Expert level skills in active candidate sourcing
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technology / financial / risk / investment banking recruitment experience
