  • Maintain up-to-date records of all training activities, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Able to analyze complex information, and develop clear, concise training content
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and other software applications
