Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
  • Lead architectural governance across Core Banking domains - Lending, Cards, and Deposits.
  • Translate business goals into scalable technology solutions.
  • Oversee solution architecture, integration, and core system modernisation.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and operational resilience while driving innovation.
  • Mentor and develop a team of enterprise and solution architects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, particularly in banking.
  • Expertise in Core Banking systems, especially Lending, Cards, and Deposits.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformations and legacy modernisation.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
  • Certified in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
