About the Role
The S&OP Project Manager is a key position within the Greater Asia Center of Excellence, responsible for leading the future change management agenda of S&OP simplification, harmonization, and automation across Greater Asia during mid 2025.
This integrated role will drive the development of world-class S&OP management in the cluster, leveraging technology, process, and organization expertise to achieve business objectives.
The manager will work closely with local stakeholders across Business Units and Customer Operations, as well as the global customer operations excellence team, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of S&OP strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Co-create a north-star vision for world-class S&OP management in Greater Asia
- Lead the change management agenda across finance, customer operations, CD, and marketing
- Ensure critical milestones are being met throughout 2025
- Create a cross-functional strategy for S&OP across harmonized technology, process, and organizational set up across all countries and BUs
- Support the BAU CoE team on identifying and creating a holistic loss-tree analysis of inefficiencies not yet tackled
- Create a strategy for implementing the concept of materiality for SKU & channel management per country
- Ensure full compliance of S&OP ways of working against audit requirements and recommendations in the region
