Financial Accountant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in QuickBooks.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Manage invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure all financial records comply with industry standards.
  • Assist with tax preparation and audits as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Accountant with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks is a must (both Online and Desktop versions preferred).
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
