Global Network Operations Role:

The primary goal of this position is to provide comprehensive support for the global network environment, ensuring seamless communication and functionality.

This involves designing and implementing new office networks, integrating various technologies, and managing assigned projects and program components.

Key responsibilities include creating a robust and scalable network infrastructure, as well as identifying and addressing technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Networking Technologies: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Network Security, IP Routing Protocols
  • Cisco Networking Technologies: Routing & Switching, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
  • Cisco Wireless
  • Meraki Wireless
  • Palo Alto Firewalls

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years extensive experience in the support of Cisco Networking Technologies
  • Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills required
  • Practical Technical knowledge on CISCO Networking Technologies
  • ITIL Ver. 3.0 or Ver. 4.0 preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment
  • High level technology problem-solving skills
  • Standing and sitting for sustained periods of time, at least 25%
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
