City Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced City Operations Manager to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for remotely managing day-to-day operations of one or more locations, focusing on inventory and revenue management, customer experience and service, and other ad hoc management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations at one or more locations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing branches, outlets, or departments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes, as well as revenue management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English language, both written and verbal.
