About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our organization in Bulacan, PH. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers via chat, email, and phone.

You will be the connection point between our customers and our business, ensuring that all their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your primary goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience that makes our customers feel valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure incoming chat requests, emails, and platform requests are answered promptly and dealt with efficiently and with the highest level of customer service.
  • Create a sense of prompt and detailed attention for each customer, giving them an experience that makes them feel respected.
  • Manage client concerns to deliver resolution, or if necessary, coordinate escalation.
  • Provide accurate data entry and follow up in accordance with the service level agreements.
  • Accurately and timely manage ticketing for customer enquiries.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for improvements and innovation to establish the business as a leader in customer service.
Requirements
  • Middle to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Active and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
  • Ticket management experience is desirable.
