The Strategic Procurement & Awards Assistant will perform the following tasks:

  • Serves as BIDCOM's secretariat and liaison arm, ensuring timely submission of bids and accurate documentation.
  • Reviews and prepares tabulations, documentations, and processes related to Selection and bidding of IT & Non-IT Request/Projects; Vendor Accreditation; Vendor performance, IT & Non-IT Contracts & Maintenance Renewals.
  • Acts as custodian of contracts and documents for BIDCOM approved projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Sets up meetings, either face-to-face or virtual, with vendors and business units, as required.
  • Participates and attends in meetings, either face-to-face or virtual meeting, with BIDCOM, Business Units and Vendors, as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job and possess good communication and organizational skills.

Fresh graduates with good scholastic background are encouraged to apply.
