We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to suitable specialists or groups of professionals when necessary, and serving as a brand ambassador for our company.
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for customers in online platforms
Resolve customer inquiries properly and timely
Escalate to suitable specialist banker or group of professionals when required
Become the brand ambassador of the company
Requirements
At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Amenable to attend face-to-face interview once requested
Amenable to be train on site
Working Conditions
Hybrid work set-up available after training
Shifting schedule may apply
