
Customer Service Representative

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and refer the service.
- Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Sales and Collections experience is a must.
- 1 Year experience in Sales BPO is a must.
- Meeting or exceeding sales/collections goals.
- Reach out to customer leads through calling.
