Digital Operations and Listings Manager

A Digital Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our short-term rental properties. They are responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
They must be comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution, as well as managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with listing creation and optimization, as well as strong analytical and reporting skills. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
Requirements- Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and Guesty.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
