Job Opportunity:

The IT Support Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to provide technical support and troubleshooting across various platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert technical assistance for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
  • Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments efficiently
  • Utilize NinjaRMM and ticketing systems to monitor and resolve incidents effectively
  • Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization purposes
  • Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards consistently
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience required
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues with ease
  • Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills essential
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently required
