Job description

As a skilled Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting robust and scalable data models that drive business insights and decision-making. You will collaborate closely with our Business Intelligence team to ensure seamless integration of your work into our dashboards.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing clean, reliable, and extensible data models using best practices in database design.
  • Collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to ensure well-structured datasets are ready for analysis.
  • Monitoring data quality across key systems and writing ad hoc queries in BigQuery to extract insights.

Required skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in data modeling at production level.
  • Strong SQL skills (MySQL or similar) with experience in creating complex queries and optimizing query performance.
  • Experience with dbt and its various features, including transformation layers and incremental models.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
