What You Will Do
  • Create onboarding permit drawings for light, permit, and enterprise projects.
  • Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and support sales plans.
  • Model Revit families and coordinate basic building systems.
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Professional degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Revit, including modeling, families, and point cloud conversion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
