  • Design tools to automate and improve collections processes, helping to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Track and analyze collections expenses, identifying trends or anomalies and providing detailed insights and explanations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive key collections results and provide timely, data-driven insights that inform strategy and operational decisions.
  • Deliver business analysis reports to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an analyst role, working with Oracle Data Warehouse (DWH), SQL, and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in SQL (especially Oracle) for querying large and complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for building interactive reports and dashboards.
  • Solid experience in Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
  • Experience using Tableau for creating insightful data visualizations.
  • Analytical mindset and understanding of business acumen.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical data in a clear, concise manner.
