**Job Overview**

As a senior member of our software development team, the Embedded Software Test Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. This position is responsible for providing expert-level software quality assurance support to project teams, guaranteeing that they follow established software development processes and adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize verification and validation needs and requirements.
  • Review and approve software deliverables, including assessment, development, verification & validation plans, user requirements, functional/software requirements, configuration specification, architectural and design documents, peer review, risk management documents, test protocols, requirement traceability matrix, summary reports, and change orders.
  • Ensure seamless transition of software from development into manufacturing product support.
  • Participate in software risk management and compliance processes throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Provide quality assurance support to software-related CAPAs and project status updates.
  • Develop and deliver training on principles of software validation, risk management, and quality tools.
