Responsibilities:

The manager develops business management goals and objectives aligned with the global company vision/mission for growth and prosperity. The manager is responsible for designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of these goals. The manager ensures the company has adequate resources to complete its activities and deliverables.

Leads a team of data analysts focused on data setup processes, including first/second level resolution support for data governance setup processes and related systems. Provides reporting, monitoring, and analysis of data quality and integrity checks. Knowledge in Azure, Machine Learning, Big Decisions, or related platforms is an advantage.

Pulls and analyzes company databases and external sources to infer data figures, performs complex statistical analysis, and creates data visuals to gain insights. Provides reports and recommendations to improve business efficiency or growth. Designs experiments and methodologies for data collection, with a focus on digital transformation and monetization or identifying new business opportunities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee employee work, ensuring efficient business operations and setting strategic goals for growth.
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure the team has adequate resources to meet deliverables.
  • Organize and coordinate with business units for maximum productivity.
  • Supervise employees, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain relationships with business functions, partners, and users.
  • Assess team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and metrics.
  • Represent the team in meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Ensure adherence to company Code of Business Conduct and legal guidelines.
Education, Experience & Certifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, IT, Informatics, Business Management, or related field.
  • Work Experience: Relevant experience in data governance, data quality management, information architecture, and governance design and implementation, influencing overall data governance strategy.
