As a seasoned professional in software project management, you will lead and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely completion of projects within specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, dependencies, and required resources.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the software development team, providing necessary resources, tools, and support to complete their work efficiently and effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to keep them informed about project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the software developed meets the required quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software project management.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven track record as a project manager in a software development environment.
  • Experience overseeing software development using technologies like AngularJS, Node.js, AWS, and Flutter.
Preferred Skills:
  • 2-3 years' Jira administration experience.
  • Familiarity with Coda or equivalent platforms (Notion, Airtable, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, and Agile boards.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
