Global Payroll Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced payroll professional to join our international payroll team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Australian payroll regulations and be able to process accurate, timely payroll for our clients.

The role involves working closely with our payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Processing and reviewing payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy.
  • Preparing payroll reports and ensuring timely submission.
  • Assisting clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
  • Working closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor.
  • Identifying and reporting any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.
  • Following information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data.

Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
  • Hands-on experience with Australian payroll (this is a must-have).
  • Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset — you're approachable, helpful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment.
  • Open to continuous learning and professional development.
