  • Update websites through content management systems or direct code injection
  • Collaborate with design and editing partners to ensure compelling content creative
  • Execute regular technical SEO health checks for web properties to ensure site compliance
  • Implement conversion tracking to support reporting and measurement needs
  • Attend virtual meetings for context and clarity of tasks
  • Execute audits of client and prospect accounts using provided framework to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop search-friendly content for client websites using generative AI
  • Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and direction

  • Ability to understand how systems work and interact quickly
  • Holds themselves to a high standard of excellence, delivering high-quality work
  • Collaborative working experience as part of SEO teams
  • Understanding of how businesses acquire customers digitally
  • Experience working in content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot
  • Using SEO software such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs
  • Reporting against defined performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and technologies
  • Strong desire to grow and learn more, highly coachable
  • 2-4 years working in professional services organizations
  • 2+ years professional experience in SEO
  • Prior agency experience a strong plus
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Professional certifications in SEO a plus
