Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a self-starter to support our commercial office furniture projects by expertly managing quotations, procurement coordination, material takeoffs, vendor communication, and logistical project support across all project phases.

  • This role involves coordinating quotations, procurement, material takeoffs, vendor communication, and logistical project support across all project phases.
  • You will be instrumental in supporting top-tier U.S. distributors representing brands like Steelcase, Herman Miller/MillerKnoll, Kimball, and Haworth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Quotation & Procurement (Commercial Furniture Focus)
    • Coordinate quotes from top U.S. office furniture brands and their dealers.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of pricing.
  • Project Documentation & Admin
    • Maintain organized project files including contracts, POs, specs, invoices, approvals, and change orders.
  • Material Takeoffs & Procurement Support
    • Support designers with accurate takeoffs from drawings.
  • Vendor, Client & Internal Coordination
    • Act as a liaison for product availability, lead times, and deliveries.
  • Logistics & Project Execution
    • Support scheduling and coordination of installations, deliveries, and site visits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years experience in project support, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Strong familiarity with notable US commercial office furniture manufacturers.
