Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement marketing strategies tailored to the specific product category.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet market demands.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, events, and public relations.
  • Collaborate with business units on co-creating brand strategies and cascading execution plans.

In this role, you will work closely with sales teams to develop sales materials, training programs, and other resources to help them effectively sell the product category. You will also manage budgets for marketing activities and ensure expenditures are in line with the overall marketing plan.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand and Product Management preferably in FMCG, food, or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership background with exemplary people skills.
  • Prior experience in agile environments is preferred.
  • Strong strategy development and market analysis experience.
