Digital Finance Specialist

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage open positions across spot and futures markets during night hours.
- Oversee market making bots, ensuring correct order placements and tracking executions.
- Identify and promptly escalate issues such as system errors, unexpected PnL swings, and exchange disconnects.
- Collaborate with the core trading/engineering team to resolve anomalies and ensure risk limits are maintained.
- Solid understanding of trading concepts, including order books, spreads, liquidity, and hedging strategies.
- Basic technical skills, including log analysis and dashboard navigation.
- Experience in crypto trading or a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
