Are you a seasoned marketing professional looking to spearhead the marketing strategy for crypto casino projects? We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager/Director to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention across paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to make a real impact in the industry. As a Marketing Manager/Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a remote marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.

You will monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry. You should also have strong leadership and remote team management experience, as well as proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
