About the Role

The IKB Writer is a highly skilled professional responsible for governing a knowledge base, ensuring its overall health and best practices.

This role involves creating guidelines for capturing information, promoting correct usage, and preventing stagnation.

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an experienced technical writer who excels in breaking down complex processes into easy-to-follow steps.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content writing.
    • Expertise in independently creating engaging online articles, guides, and user support content.
    • Proficiency with writing and graphics tools and apps, including online platforms.
    • A deep understanding of applying formatting (headers, bolding, icons, lists, tables, screenshots) to make key points stand out.
    • Ability to analyze data (KPIs, Quality, searches, views), identify areas for improvement, and create innovative solutions.
    • Capacity to learn new knowledge and skills quickly, with a penchant for self-development.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all team members and stakeholders.
    • Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on team success – Respect, Integrity, Transparency, and Excellence.
    • Flexibility to adapt to a shifting schedule and willingness to work from home.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience with a knowledgebase as a writer and administrator.
    • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization.
