Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.

This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience in accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
  • Verify invoice details, including amounts, terms, and payment instructions, before processing entries.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for invoice processing and payment authorization.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from customers related to invoice discrepancies, payment status, and account balances.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including AP entries, reconciling invoices, and statements.
