Senior Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a skilled system engineer to oversee the administration of cloud services, manage hybrid environments and implement robust security measures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems and delivering exceptional security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Services Administration:
    • Manage Azure Entra ID, IAM, and Security Groups
    • Configure Enterprise App SSO using SAML, OAuth, and conditional access
    • Monitor Log Analytics and optimize alert/action groups
    • Perform Windows/Linux server management, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Hybrid Environment Management:
    • Manage Active Directory (FSMO, DNS, GPO)
    • Integrate VMware vSphere hosts and storage, configure snapshots, and enable HA/DRS
    • Operate SAN/NAS and cloud storage
  • RMM and Patching Workflows:
    • Implement and support patch orchestration and remote support utilities
  • Collaboration with Life Sciences Clients:
    • Understand GxP-aligned environments and CFR Part 11 requirements
    • Participate in small project implementations and client advisory
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a Microsoft cloud-focused infrastructure role
  • 5+ years in VMware vSphere and hybrid storage environments
  • 1+ years working in a GxP or regulated client environment
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service workflows
  • Security-focused with a strong understanding of the principle of least privilege
  • Excellent communication and documentation discipline
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and project-capable
  • Calm under pressure, client-first mentality
