Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end applications.

You will work closely with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver seamless experiences for millions of users. Our company specializes in parcel delivery price comparison, and we're developing a new Transport Management Solution (TMS) Parcelhero Pro.

Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, setting best practices, and implementing advanced state management and performance optimization techniques. We value a collaborative and innovative culture where every team member's voice matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end applications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and set best practices.
  • Work closely with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Expert in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Deep expertise with React (hooks, context, state management, component architecture, performance optimization).
  • Strong knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Proficient in accessibility (WCAG standards) and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Testing experience: unit, integration, and end-to-end.
