As a senior front-end developer, you will be responsible for crafting user interfaces for our website using WordPress and other relevant technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft web applications with best practices in web development
  • Transform app designs into front-end code with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical requirements or UX design
  • Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations
  • Manage the on-site search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Write high-quality, scalable, and reusable code

You should have extensive experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design principles. Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, AlpineJS, and Vue is a plus. Experience with tools like Sketch, Invision, Webflow, WooCommerce, Shopify, Pardot, and Hubspot is also an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4+ years of experience developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Expertise in ACF and Gutenberg
  • Basic proficiency in Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles
  • Experience with build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack
  • Basic proficiency with Figma
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
  • Experience with responsive web design
  • Familiarity with W3C and W3GAC html standards

This is a remote job that requires working in US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST) which corresponds to 12am-9am PH time, if not DST.
