Data Researcher

Rapidly growing marketplaces for luxury property rentals are creating a new standard of trust and ease for guests and homeowners alike.

As a data researcher on our business development team, you will support our outbound sales efforts by identifying, scraping, filtering, and organizing high-quality data for BDRs and AEs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Scraping:
    • Develop and refine data extraction workflows to identify qualified homeowners, brokers, and property listings across platforms.
    • Maintain a clear filter for what constitutes a qualified lead based on market, property type, and ownership profile.
  • Data Management & CRM Integration:
    • Act as the gatekeeper of data quality, pushing only qualified leads into the CRM.
    • Enrich CRM records with actionable insights to inform BDR outreach.
    • Keep CRM clean, well-organized, and up-to-date.
  • Cross-functional Support:
    • Partner with the business development team to refine targeting strategy based on real-time feedback and closed-won deals.
    • Spot trends and opportunities in the data to help us adjust our market strategy and buy box.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in data research, scraping, or lead generation role.
  • Experience setting up and managing a first-class CRM, ideally Hubspot.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for data cleanliness.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
