As a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our enterprise server environment. Your role will involve collaborating with various disciplines within the organization to deliver projects that meet business objectives.

  • You will work closely with project teams to design, implement and document technical solutions;
  • Manage and maintain our server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance;
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline software deployment and process execution;
  • Collaborate with users and suppliers to resolve IT-related issues;
  • Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal system performance;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position with a strong focus on IT infrastructure management;
  • Proven expertise in Citrix DAAS or VDI technology;
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement;
