Job Summary:

Hunter's Hub, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the Better Banking experience to all customers of the bank by offering various sales and marketing products, promotions, services, and programs through telemarketing callouts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To conduct persuasive communication with existing and new customers to market product features and present benefits accurately.
  • To gather relevant client information needed to process applications or requests.
  • To ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of client information via system access and quality control measures.
  • To adhere to company rules and regulations regarding compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal skills (verbal communication, listening skills, assertiveness).
  • Able to work under extreme pressure and perform tasks well even in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to do overtime work during weekdays and weekends from time to time.
  • Residing near Makati City.
