Expert Collector

As a professional in collections, you will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments. You are expected to communicate with customers in a patient and professional manner, encouraging them to pay their debts while maintaining trustful relationships.

Your primary objective is to strike a balance between resolving payment issues and ensuring timely payments. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent customer service orientation.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and develop your skills in account management, collection laws, and regulations.

• You should have at least 9 months of experience in BPO - Collections, specifically in international accounts.
• Proficiency in using dialers is essential.
• Prior experience in account management is also required.
• Familiarity with collection laws and regulations is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and good customer service orientation are must-haves.

• A Windows 11 operating system installed on your device.
• A processor speed of at least 2.0 GHz or higher, such as an Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM available.
• At least 80 GB of hard drive space, with at least 20 GB of free space available.
• An available USB port and a compatible USB headset with noise-canceling features.
• A cable or fiber internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Directly connect your device via Ethernet (no Wi-Fi).
