Job Title

A highly skilled professional with expertise in software development and support is required to drive innovation and excellence in our organization.

  • This role involves designing, developing, testing, correcting, and documenting complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations.
  • The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop complex enhancements or solutions using best practices and industry standards.
  2. Act as a Subject Matter Expert identifying and selecting the most effective approach to achieve business goals.
  3. Handle and prioritize multiple complex development and support tasks while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  5. Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises and maintain technical recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Relevant years of experience in software development and support.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in SDLC and Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience in application development, design, and integration.
  • Analytical/Problem Solving – able to discover problems and issues before they occur.
  • Self-Driven – responds to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace.
