Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning: Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify high-potential opportunities, test creative assets, landing pages, and ad copy using structured A/B frameworks, analyze key metrics to improve results, and run A/B tests on creative assets, landing pages, and keywords.
  • Performance Tracking and Accountability: Ensure accurate tracking through leading platforms, own campaign-level profit and loss, and adjust strategy to maintain margins while investigating performance anomalies and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field required; Marketing, Business, or Analytics preferred.
  • 0–5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok Ads, Taboola, GDN is a strong plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or any digital marketing-related course preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel/Sheets and tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus.
