Client Support and Service:

  • Providing exceptional service to commercial clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and market trends, ensuring you can provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Developing and presenting proposals to agency producers, highlighting the value and benefits of our commercial insurance products.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, developing targeted strategies to drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering personalized service and support to drive loyalty and advocacy.

Administrative and Technical Tasks:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate records, including COI, EOP, and homeowners insurance documentation.
  • Utilizing Ez Lynx and other relevant systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, with a strong understanding of P&C insurance policies and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop targeted strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company SLAs and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
