We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Team Member to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc. in Taguig City.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients' patients while meeting or exceeding quality assurance scores and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities
  • Process all calls efficiently, effectively, and courteously, following instructions, procedures, protocols, and updates necessary for answering, handling, and dispatching calls according to the information available in each account.
  • Provide professional patient care services by obtaining and verifying demographic, insurance, and other vital information requested by the client.
  • Schedule and re-schedule patient appointments, answer questions based on account scripting, code calls, specialty account protocols, and train on accounts as needed.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, courteously, and compassionately.
  • Respond to patient(s) and client(s) with utmost courtesy and professionalism always.
  • Screen appointment calls for emergencies and urgent requests to appropriate team members as necessary.
  • Make appointments for services, cancel and reschedule appointments as necessary, verify and update information for every appointment made based on script, and add new account information as identified.
  • Arrange for specific patient needs, including interpreter service, review the appointment screen for financial/clinical flags, and refer patient according to client's protocol.
  • Make phone reminders to patients for next day appointments, take complete messages with patient information and concerns, and forward for follow-up.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Call Center Experience with healthcare.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Great Communication and Spelling skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Able to Multi-task and Motivate others.
  • Great Attitude & Attendance.
  • Team Player; Receptive to Feedback & Coaching.
  • Accountable & Compassionate.
Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • Flexible schedule, open to working weekends, overtime, split shifts if needed.
  • Ability to work on a team effectively.
  • Understanding and abiding by HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

The estimated salary for this role is PHP 22,500 - 27,500 per month, depending on experience.
