As a key member of the team, the Financial Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of a project. This role combines financial management with administrative duties and requires strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed invoices by collating all supporting documents and ensuring accuracy.
  • Monitor customer collections and record transactions in a timely manner.
  • Update project plans in Epicor to reflect changes and progress.
  • Assist in project closure and ensure all necessary steps are completed.
  • Provide training to new employees on financial software and processes.
  • Perform monthly time reconciliation and follow up on employee time entry completion.
  • Upload time entries of employees with limited access in bulk, ensuring complete time entry for the period.
  • Compile supporting documents for potential audits.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for the project.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting-related functions.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and accounting software.
