Job Opportunity: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Sales Operations team in driving revenue growth, optimizing inventory, and reducing operational inefficiencies.

  • The ideal candidate will be an expert in SQL, dashboards, reporting, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis.
  • This person will serve as the point person for ERP integrations — collaborating with app development teams, ensuring API connections are functioning correctly, and facilitating smooth system integrations as the business evolves.
  • Sales & Inventory Forecasting: Develop and maintain demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels. Identify trends in historical sales, seasonal demand, and product lifecycle.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs. Deliver reporting packages to Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • ERP Management & Optimizations: Product Data Management. Act as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, coordinating with internal and external app development teams. Ensure APIs are connected and functioning correctly, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets. Explore and apply AI-powered tools to expedite analysis and improve forecasting accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar), and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for forecasting and data automation is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
